Ralph Herrera, CEO
I started in the automotive industry in 1991 and after 12 years of learning the parts business I decided to work for myself. This January will be 20 years since I started my own business, and even though there have been many challenges, I am very proud of adapting and growing the business in a rapidly changing industry.
It has been very rewarding to see the business grow from a one man show out of my garage, to a 24,000 square foot warehouse with 19 employees working together with the same goal. It is also very rewarding to help my employees learn and thrive in a new industry, since most of them came from different backgrounds and other lines of business.
It has been amazing to bring this diverse and talented team together and watch them grow OEM Surplus Depot to the industry leader it is today.

As a successful entrepreneur for the past 30 years, I have been involved in the formation of numerous businesses that have resulted in significant accomplishments, all of which were built with passion and sacrifice. When my partner at OEM Surplus Depot, Ralph, came to me with this great vision to start this new venture in the automotive industry, I knew we could build something amazing.
Knowing that we have achieved all our goals for this company, while also serving our community, providing work for talented professionals, and bringing the highest quality car parts to our customers, is a dream come true.
My top priority is to consistently provide an excellent service and value that surpasses our client’s expectations.
